Position

The Clinical Research Assistant (CRCA) is central to conducting and managing clinical trials, tasked with obtaining informed consent, executing study protocols, handling human specimens, and ensuring meticulous documentation and communication. This role demands a blend of precision, organization, and professional integrity, underscored by a deep commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience throughout the research journey. By fostering clear communication, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring participants feel respected and valued, CRCAs play a vital role in enhancing participant engagement and adherence to study protocols.

Our client is a Clinical Research site network with over 28 research sites across the United States. Their sites conduct Phase I-IV trials in therapeutic areas like cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, women's health, and vaccines. They are a fast-growing site network that grew from 17 sites to 28 in 2024 alone!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Need to have either clinical research experience or clinical experience working with patients, taking vitals, and/or phlebotomy and EKG
  • Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sources
  • An ethical compass that compels the candidate to be honest, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • High-level critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
