Job Title: Clinical Research CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, documenting adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs), and handling various aspects of clinical trials. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of clinical trial protocols.Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry for clinical trials
  • Document adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs)
  • Read and understand clinical trial protocols
  • Handle monitor visits and follow up as necessary
  • Create IVRS kits for nurses
  • Initially, there will be no patient interaction; however, the role will eventually involve screening and recruiting patients for trials
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems such as Inform and MediData Rave
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Understanding of the clinical trial process at the site level
  • Familiarity with IVRS
  • CITI training certification
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 years of nursing experience
  • Experience with clinical research coordination
  • Oncology experience is a plus
  • Regulatory knowledge, including IRB processes
  • Experience with Epic and adverse event reporting
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00
