About Biobeat:

Biobeat is a pioneering med-tech company providing FDA-cleared, patient monitoring wearable solutions for the healthcare continuum. The small, non-invasive sensor is placed onto the patient's chest, and the measurements are taken through our proprietary patented PPG sensor. The technology measures blood pressure, heart rate, SPO2, respiratory rate, temperature, and more vital signs.

The device and automated platform enable patient monitoring and deliver detailed reports to the clinician, which allows a quick evaluation and treatment plans, and also enables physicians to make proper adjustments on current treatment plans based on the quantitative measures and trends that the monitoring solution provides.

About the role:

The role is based in New Orleans, Louisiana, and requires on-site presence.

The Clinical Specialist's primary focus is on a hospital system project, where they are responsible for supporting Biobeat products and maintaining relationships with clinicians and other key stakeholders. As an integral part of the Biobeat Customer Success team, the Clinical Specialist actively engages with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless product support and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Provide on-site training and support to customers, ensuring they are confident in using the company's technologies.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and KOLs within the hospital.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on both clinical and technical aspects to support their needs and goals.

• Collaborate with the customer success team to plan and execute strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and long-term success.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• 5+ years experience as a registered therapist or registered nurse working in internal medicine departments.

• Knowledge of the local patient monitoring market, including trends, challenges, and dynamics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support customers effectively.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• More than 50% travel required - Duties are typically performed in a medical office or hospital setting.

• This position will require you to verbally communicate via in-person, phone conversations and emails.

• The employee is occasionally required to sit.
