Clinical Specialist - ConsignMed : Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Specialist position will promote and support the client during ENT surgical procedures. This is a PRN/1099 role. The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support of the client's devices during the surgical procedures within major US hospitals having close interaction with surgeons. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during and after cases
• Interact one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts
• Train surgeons and staff on the product
• Collect and report data from surgical cases
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients

Skills & Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years working in the Operating Room - Required
• Clinical experience in ENT - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - preferred (Sciences or Medical degree)
• Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed
• Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• High attention for detail and excellent follow through
• Demonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilities
• Ability to adapt and willingness to change
• Personifies client's mission, vision and values
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• While performing the duties of this job, CS is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; up to 8 hours per day.
