Clinical Specialist New York, NYApplyView All JobsShare This JobJob DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION:The Clinical Specialist position will promote and support the client during ENT surgical procedures. This is a PRN/1099 role. The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support of the client's devices during the surgical procedures within major US hospitals having close interaction with surgeons. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during and after casesInteract one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accountsTrain surgeons and staff on the productCollect and report data from surgical casesProvide remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clientsSkills & RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years working in the Operating Room – RequiredClinical experience in ENT – RequiredBachelor's Degree – preferred (Sciences or Medical degree)Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployedStrong relationship and consultative selling skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong analytical, oral, and written communication skillsHigh attention for detail and excellent follow throughDemonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilitiesAbility to adapt and willingness to changePersonifies client's mission, vision and valuesProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power PointMust have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policyWhile performing the duties of this job, CS is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; up to 8 hours per day.
