Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Outpatient Addiction treatment

Location: Menands, NY

Schedule: Full time, Mon Fri, 8a 4p

Pay: based on experience $80,000 90,000 plus full benefits package

This Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the overall clinical management and administrative operations of the assigned program. Duties to include but will not be limited to:

• Interview, hire, train, appraise, discipline/terminate subordinate staff
• Ensure the quality of clinical services provided to persons served and the communications between program employees and agency administration
• Assist in determining appropriateness for client admission
• Supervise environment to ensure that behavioral guidelines are followed, a therapeutic environment is maintained and interpersonal relationships remain positive
• Carry your own smaller caseload and assist with new admissions when needed
• Manage program services, improves existing services and develops new treatment components to meet needs of persons served
• Help develop, implement and deploy agency policy and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• One year supervisory experience for an addiction / mental health program
• Recent Addiction / Opioid Treatment Program experience
• Valid NYS license in a related area: licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC, License Social Worker (MSW, LCSW) or CASAC, CASAC-A or CASAC-M certification required
• Must have 1 year of experience in an OASAS program
• Strong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills
