Come join our Clinical Supervisor team and oversee our Case Management, Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services, and Peer Support Programs!Responsibilities include clinical care oversight, treatment supervision, outcome measurement and metrics, consultation, maintaining quality documentation and consultation for crisis assistance. The clinical supervisor works collaboratively with the Program Director, Managers, Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure programs and staff are functioning efficiently, ethically and responsibly.ResponsibilitiesProvide observation of staff in individual and group settings both on-site and in the community.Provides Treatment Supervision, direction and oversight for each client served.Offers guidance and education to staff on Treatment, Care Management, Medicaid documentation and ethical issues.Coordinates review of clinical records to assure that internal and external standards are met. Conducts quality assurance reviews according to statute.Orient and train new staff on the clinical documentation.Facilitates Integrated Clinical Consultation meetings and offers treatment recommendations.Assist with development and monitoring of program policies and procedures.Supervises licensee candidates as appropriate.QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.Active LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP in MN.Must meet the State of MN definition of Mental Health Professional.Experience working with adults that have severe mental illness.Supervisor experience preferred.Why Zumbro Valley Health Center?Zumbro Valley Health Center is a non-profit organization with over 240 employees that provides behavioral health services to twelve counties in Southeast MN.
