If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!What You'll DoSupport and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant dutiesManage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical programOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environmentFacilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseloadProvide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentationProvide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatmentWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree or higher in related field3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clientsCurrent licensure necessary to practice for this role in the state of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC etc.)- Board approved supervisorEfficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skillsPositive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principlesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drugand alcohol rehabilitation services.
