We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.

Residential Clinical Supervisor (Men's Residential)

Schedule per week: Part-Time Monday-Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm

Location: Passaic and Paterson, NJ

Job Summary:

A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrows personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and minimum of two years experience in the field of addictions treatment are required. CCS preferred but not required.
