Position Details:Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Groton, CT is currently looking for an Clinical Supply Operations Specialist I to join their expanding team.Job Title: Clinical Supply Operations Specialist I / Pharma ManufacturingDuration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 monthsLocation: Groton, CTNote:The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.You may participate in the company group medical insurance planJob Description:Clinical Supply Operations Support SpecialistSummary:The Clinical Supply Operations Support Specialist (CSOSS) will support Clinical Supply Operations team in the areas of receipt, packaging, labeling, warehousing, stock management, distribution and logistics of clinical supplies.They will provide support in data entry, data processing, document management, metrics, order request and completion and other items required to support area.Responsibilities:Data entry in applicable GMP production/inventory/distribution systems used in the areaData entry in Non-GMP systems, such as SharePoint and scheduling systemsDocument management both physical and electronic in a GMP environmentTracking of requests and orders in support of operationsMaterial stock monitoring, usage, and quantity trackingQC checking of documents, document packages or materialsRaising shipments and tracking through to delivery and/or receiptsGenerate reports/documents from multiple systemsCreation of Protocol specific e-document folders, compilation of e-documentsInventory system Reconciliation ReportingManagement of Global mailbox correspondence and filing/archiving as neededEscalate issues as neededKeep current with all required training, GMP and Non-GMPMinimum Qualifications:Minimum High School Diploma/or equivalentAbility to work to a high degree of accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Experience working with electronic documentsStrong interpersonal skills to form strong working relationships with colleaguesWorking knowledge and understanding of Outlook, Office tools, Adobe PDF's and SharePoint.Ability to take ownership of tasks and work with autonomyExcellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in working in a regulated environment/GMPExperience working in IT systems for material management or manufacturing operationsLocation/Schedule:This is a fully onsite role in Groton, CTMonday - Friday; first shift
