Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences has an opening for a Clinical Trials Assistant at a renowned global life sciences company located in Westchester, Ohio. This role is pivotal in supporting the department's administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials.
Pay - $17 - Please note, the pay is not negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform administrative tasks to support the department.
Manage the day-to-day operations of study drugs, comparators, and ancillary supplies.
Support project teams and complete role-specific training and compliance tasks.
Serve as a cross-functional liaison and assist in processing clinical supplies.
Track inventories and expiration dates of drug products and medical devices, issuing monthly status reports.
Ensure compliance with company practices and client requirements.
Arrange purchases of additional supplies as needed.
Participate in project mini-teams and attend training on new regulations.
Interact with electronic management systems.
Qualifications:
High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
Previous experience (0 to 1 year) that provides the necessary knowledge and skills.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.
Proficiency in computer and data entry tasks.
Ability to work on diverse and confidential issues, both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability to changes and effective communication of concerns and suggestions.
