Job Title: Clinician I Location: Napa, CA Salary: $73,700 - $81,400 a year

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Clinician I to join our Napa CBFS team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients, ensuring their well-being and progress in treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in training and professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Valid California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mental health settings preferred
