Job Description :

Natixis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate- or VP-level Structurer to join our US CLO Banking Team in New York. The CLO Banking team is part of the Securitized Product Group (SPG), a critical segment of the Fixed Income/Global Markets division within Investment Banking. In this role, he/she/they will have the opportunity to engage in complex financial transactions and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct modeling activities for new issues, refinancings, and resets.
  • Draft internal credit committee memos and other approval documentation.
  • Coordinate interactions with third parties, including rating agencies and legal counsel.
  • Develop compelling client pitches and presentations.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc presentations for senior management.
  • Lead the execution of CLO transactions, which includes modeling new structures, conducting investor analyses, testing rating agency criteria, and reviewing and negotiating transaction and offering documents.
  • Analyze market and industry trends, along with historical performance, to inform structuring decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on finance or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in executing all aspects of CLO transactions, ideally for both Middle Market and Broadly Syndicated transactions.
  • Strong team player with self-motivation and the ability to work independently while recognizing when to engage team members.
  • A high degree of integrity and a robust work ethic.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Possession of Series 79 and 63 licenses.

The salary range for this position will be between $140,000 - $225,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
