Closing Coordinator - FirstService Residential : Job Details

Job Overview:As a Closing Coordinator you will be responsible assisting with the daily operations of supporting the closing department.Your Responsibilities:Generating Closing Statements for All Co-op closingsPreparation of closing statements for initial Sponsor SalesRecording co-op closing fees/title transfer fees onto excel monthly closing spread sheetScanning closing statements and documents and emailing same to “ZenDesk”Deliver building closing fees to A/R attached to closing statement.Deliver FSR checks to Supervisor attached to closing statement to be electronically depositedFiling closed filesAssist with preparing stock certificates and proprietary lease as neededAssist with preparing condo closing statements as neededProvide support to Associate Closing Agents as neededMaintain Spreadsheet for “Outside” closings conducted by outside attorneysSkills & Qualifications:Associates degree or higher required.A high level of energy and a strong bias to service excellence and getting things done with a sense of urgency.Customer service oriented.Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment.Experience with Microsoft Excel & Office preferred.Possesses personal and professional integrity.Ability to work independently and be a team player.Well-organized, efficient and has a good sense of priorities.Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.What We Offer:As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, legal, and identity theft.
