Building and maintaining relationships with branch managers, sales representatives, and builders to earn settlement business.2. Conducting customer meetings and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth settlement process.3. Reviewing transactions, documents, and signatures for accuracy and compliance.4. Providing training and support to other team members as needed.5. Reporting on settlement activities and performance.6. Obtaining a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License as required.7. Balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:1. 2+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.2. 1+ years of sales experience.3.
