This role focuses on delivering responsive Tier 1 help desk support for daily operations, system monitoring, and issue resolution across client, server, storage, and network environments. The Cloud Systems Support Specialist acts as a liaison for support and issue escalation.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide support, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cloud SystemsProvide support to Cloud Systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, etc.Aid users with onboarding, accessing, and using Cloud SystemsEnsure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtimeProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problemsCollaborate with Tier 2 support teams on workload management, patch management, active directory management, onboarding, and any other troubleshooting as requiredSupport hands-on computer-based training for usersProvide detailed analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for escalated ticketsSupport the transfer of mission application updates across multiple classification levels, enabling low to high file transfersHere's what you need:Relevant Associate or Bachelor's Degree or, supporting certifications and relevant job or military experience of 4 years in lieu of degree1+ years of systems administration and automation experience with Windows and/or Linux to include PowerShell and/or Bash ScriptingDoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or DoD 8140 equivalentBonus points if you have:1+ years of experience supporting Cloud environments to include, delivering, securing and managing container-based applications and supporting the Cloud1+ years of experience with debugging (grepping logs, stack traces, tracking down permissions issues, etc.)Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple efforts as neededDesire to learn new technologies and tools and willing to share your experience with the teamExperience with DevOps (configuration management (Ansible (preferred), Chef, or Puppet), application deployment, security)General understanding of basic Networking principlesExperience in Cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or other Cloud Service ProvidersAWS Cloud CertificationsSecurity Clearance:Active Secret Clearance is required to startTS preferred with SCI eligibility.The position may require the candidate to sit for a polygraph examination.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
