Club Lounge Attendant - Hilton Hotels : Job Details

This is a union role and the hourly pay rate is $40.47 per hour. The ideal club lounge attendant will assist with self-service areas, cleans up after guests, assists with food service preparation, serves alcoholic beverages, sets the area up for service and maintain cleanliness, keeps the lounge running smoothly and does their best to ensure all guests leave satisfied. Other Duties Include: Greet owners and guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Greet owners and guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Anticipate guest's needs throughout service. Complete all the opening and closing duties in the Owners Lounge and other F&B stations. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service area throughout the shift. Take accurate food and drink orders from owners and guests. Demonstrate knowledge of food menu and beverages, presentation, and preparation.
