The PSR Coordinator works under the Supervision of the PSR Program Manager, and assists with clinical decisions when the Program Manager is out of the building. This position directly supervises the drivers and transportation services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but may not be limited to the following:
- Trainings are completed and current
- Reports to work on time as scheduled and at the location assigned.
- Assists in coordination of the day-to-day operations of assigned program. Ensures member engagement with all Clubhouse opportunities including: the Work Ordered Day, Employment, Education, Outreach, Social Activities, Wellness initiatives and Decision Making.
- Adheres to the agency's policies and procedures and accurately interprets these to staff.
- Assist with clinical decisions when the Program Manager is out of the building.
- Assists members in the development, evaluation, documentation, and achievement of individual recovery goals congruent with the Individual Plan of Service.
- Attends and participates in socialization activities evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Supervises drivers' and ensures coverage for daily transportation and social/recreational outings.
- Interview applicants for Driver positions.
- Assigned to Transitional Employment Placements, coverage, coaching and placement. Assist with monitoring and entering time for LBS TE positions.
- Demonstrate the skills necessary to teach all job related tasks in the unit.
- Models positive relationships with staff, members and the community. Creates a supportive environment conducive to consumer learning.
- Trains members with step-by-step instructions needed to complete tasks.
- Provides input to the treatment team to facilitate efficient operation of the program and provision of consumer services.

- Coordinates effectively with other agency staff on behalf of the member and the Clubhouse.
- Completes all documentation in a timely fashion and meets requirements regarding time sheets, progress notes, person-centered plans, and any other documentation as required by Agency policy. Assist with Monitoring completion of paperwork, treatment reviews and progress notes.
- Facilitate (with support of members) meetings when the Program Manager is out of the building, such as House Decision Meeting.
- Attend Rotary Club meetings/Chamber meetings.

- Adheres to Lincoln Behavioral Services code of ethics and complies with the State of Michigan Mental Health Code.
- May be responsible for providing field instruction for students of his/her respective professional discipline as opportunities permit.
- Maintains flexible work schedule, including evening and weekends.
- Completes all required training within established timeframes.
- Completes other assigned responsibilities in a reasonable established timeframe, with quality expectations.

PSR Coordinator utilizes relevant data to identify program needs, assess team's performance, quality and required productivity. PSR Coordinator understands agency's standards for program success. PSR Coordinator develops a robust understanding of the Clubhouse Psychosocial Rehabilitation model, Clubhouse International and the intersection with the CMH landscape (intent, purpose -treatment of serious mental health conditions) and its impact relative to PIHP (Federal and State) funding and MDHHS provider rules. - Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Two years experience working with the mentally ill required. Prefer previous supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, fiscal and program development expertise.
CREDENTIALING, LICENSURE
- Fully licensed with the State of Michigan (LARA) LMSW, LPC, LLP
