Polaris is a beautiful 100-bed skilled nursing facility located at Milford Wellness Village in Milford, DE. We are seeking highly skilled, enthusiastic, & passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate community and provide exceptional patient care
Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center offers a full range of on-site therapy services including subacute rehab, wound care, respite care, and skilled nursing in a homelike environment, managed under the expert direction of our medical team.
Polaris offers a continuum of the finest post-hospital recovery and extended-stay care. In our new, innovative residential and rehabilitative facility, we provide a safe and functional real-world environment for physical, occupational and speech therapy to restore the highest level of function.

Key CNA Expectations:
To provide care for the residents such as bathing, dressing, serving meals and assist with feeding as needed.
To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident
To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.
To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team
Qualifications:
Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); in the state of Delaware.
Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred; but not required
Ability to build rapport with our residents
Compassionate and caring demeanor
