BENEFITS * Competitive Pay starting at $20.00- $21.00 an hour based on location, experience, and certifications * Full-time and Part-time work available. * Weekly pay (paid every Friday) * Paid Sick and PTO * Paid Holidays (if applicable) * Client Introduction and training (on your 1st shift) * All clients' homes are inspected for safety * Free Continuing Education courses through Relias ($20 bonus for each course completed) * 401K with company matching * Opportunities for advancement RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DETAILS * Personal Care Assistance and Services such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating * Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, and activities (must have valid Driver's License & current auto Insurance) * Medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation * Preparing nutritious meals and shopping for groceries or other essentials * Light housekeeping * Protective supervision * Social interaction/behavior modification activities as directed by the Plan of Care. * Assist with range of motion * Report and Document any changes in client's condition to Supervisor REQUIREMENTS * Must be Certified as a CNA (Nursing Assistant Certification or HCA (Home Care Aide) in the State of Washington * Must be able to provide proof of valid Driver's license and Insurance * Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical, and mental health * Open to help with personal care * Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning * Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, geriatrics, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease * Open to working around pets and smoke * Available for consistent shifts throughout the Pierce County area - Tacoma, Lakewood, Gig Harbor, Dupont, Puyallup, Lacey and Olympia.
