Essential Job Functions: * Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting. * Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc. * Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse. * Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly. * Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations. * May assist residents with errands, and activities.
