What You'll Do: • Assist Residents with Daily Needs: Help with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and bathing to ensure residents feel cared for. • Support Mobility: Assist with range of motion exercises, moving between wheelchairs, and helping with ambulation. • Mealtime Assistance: Help residents eat and make sure they get the nutrition they need. • Track Health: Take vital signs, record health data, and monitor food/fluid intake. • Collaborate in Care: Attend meetings to provide input on care plans and work with the team to give person-centered care. • Document Care: Keep accurate records of activities and personal care. • Be Reliable: Show up on time and be ready to provide consistent, compassionate care. What We're Looking For: • CNA certification in the state of employment. • CPR certification preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Six months of experience preferred, or willing to earn CNA certification. • Ability to react quickly in emergency situations. • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff. • Compassionate, patient, and respectful.
