CNA LTC -sk - Infojini : Job Details

Job Duties - Meet resident's ADL needs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence, etc.) per care plan and policies; document as required. Ensure resident safety and environment (call lights, alarms, safety mats, fall prevention, equipment monitoring); document per protocol. Meet resident's nutritional needs (meal delivery, feeding, preferences) per care plan and policies; document as required. Address resident's rehabilitative needs (range of motion, ambulation, transfers, etc.) as per care plan; document accordingly. Report resident rights, concerns, and changes in condition to Charge Nurse promptly; follow policies for documentation. Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens; tasks involve contact with body fluids or tissues. Licenses and experience- : NY CNA License BLS certificate 2+ yrs experience CNA LTC Shift: 5x8/hrs day shift 7:00 AM - 3 PM, Nights - 11pm-7am Pay rate: Travel - $27.5 /hr ($17 on W2 and $10.50 per diem) Locals- $25/hr
