SSM Health - 1905 5th Street [Patient Care] As a Medication Aide at SSM Health, you'll: Maintain accurate inventory of medications at the beginning and end of each shift; Ensure accurate distribution of medications to all residents; Complete the 3 checks prior to administering meds; Provide quality care to subacute/chronically ill residents; Assist in the care of acutely ill residents; Administer medications according to standards of care; Complete all assigned documentation requirements including, medication/treatment administration; Monitor to ensure that preventative measures, as specified on the residents personalized care card, are in place; Treat pain and restlessness and assist with hygiene needs for residents at end of life...Hiring Immediately >>
