JOB DESCRIPTION: Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need. Once you have shown that you can perform the job duties successfully, you will be transitioned to our CNA Training Program as soon as the next class becomes available.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents with day-to-day tasks
- Work alongside our nurse educator and our nursing staff
- Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
- Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Preparing each resident's room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior experience is required due to the training program we would provide
- Must be willing to learn and apply new skills
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
