The Peaks Care Center is currently hiring a C.N.A. Transportation Coordinator !Are you a C.N.A. seeking a change? Do you have experience in scheduling? Do you have a valid Driver's License?Schedule - Tues through Sat 11am-7pmIn your role as the C.N.A. Transportation Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating transportation for our community. Assist residents' transportation needs. Ensures adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget and census.BENEFITS OF working at The Peaks Care Center:Employee Referral BonusPayroll AdvancesPaid Time OffEmployee Discount ProgramMentorship and Growth opportunitiesTuition Reimbursement401K PlanMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany paid Basic Life InsuranceVoluntary benefits including Life, AD&D, STD, Critical Care & Accident InsuranceTransportation Responsibilities:Coordinate resident appointments.Transports Community residents to and from medical appointments, new admissions, activities, and shopping errands using Community-owned vehicle.Maintain current and up to date records of resident appointments.Coordinate and communicate appointments with nursing department.Works with other transport companies to ensure appropriate transportation is availableSuccessfully meets all requirements of Transportation Driver position, including Driver Record report; meets and completes ongoing training and driver requirements.Reads the transportation schedule daily and makes sure all scheduled appointments can be met.Revises schedule accordingly to stay with and assist residents who are unable to access community and appointments independently.Completes routine periodic vehicle inspection check and informs Administrator of any maintenance problems or safety issues that need to be addressed.Is thoroughly familiar with fire, missing persons and other emergency procedures; follows company policy and procedures detailed in fire and disaster plans.All other duties that assigned by any member of management.Education Requirements:Active C.N.A.
