EXPERIENCED CNA'S NEEDED IN MORGANTOWN WV

MUST PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CAR INSURANCE

Salary: $14.00 plus ongoing bonus

Shift Type: Full Time & Part Time DAY SHIFT & EVENING, Flexible Shifts

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with a current, valid state license, you will provide services in accordance with an established plan of care, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with transferring/moving clients from place to place throughout their home
  • Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning the bathroom
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions and specialized diets
  • Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
  • Personal Care: Bathing, Showering, Dressing, Shaving, Assistance with Dressing
  • Medication reminders
  • Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
  • Dementia care
  • Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
  • Observe and Report changes in the clients condition or intake condition
  • Checking vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen
  • Assisting with change of ostomy appliances
  • Reinforcement of dressings (non-sterile)
  • Measuring intake and output

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Graduate or G.E.D Certificate Preferred
  • Current and valid CNA license, Home Health Aide Certification, or STNA
  • Must be able to pass a background, fingerprint, and drug screening
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for job
  • Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds without assistance
  • Have a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
  • Current and valid CPR and First Aid
