Job Type Full-timeDescriptionKeeps building and grounds clean and in orderly condition as well as stocking supplies and making sure the lunchroom is stocked, clean and available always. Must be available for evening (2nd shift) hours.Below is a list of essential job functions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position.PROVIDE IMPROVED CLIENT SERVICECustodian will provide the following services, they will sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum lobbies, hallways, lunchrooms, teller's area, stairs and office space. Dusts or clean desks, worktops, countertops or any other work surface inside. Cleans internal and external windows, dependent on height conditions (where applicable). Empties trash and garbage containers. Cleans bathrooms, including toilets and restock supplies for restrooms and lunchrooms. Advises management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.Orders and/or notifies designated employee when cleaning supplies are needed.Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks as well as removes garbage and other debris from around the building and grounds area.May be required to perform minor repairs and maintenance to building including the changing of air and fuel filters and light bulbs.Other duties may be assigned.FOSTER OUR CULTUREPossess and display a positive approach in managing change, while demonstrating excellent communication skills through effective conversations and collaboration.
