If you have a passion for precision machining and are looking for a stable, full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you!1st Shift is Mon-Fri 6:00 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m.; some Saturdays may be required.2nd Shift is Mon-Fri 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.; some Saturdays may be required, includes 10% Shift Premium payPay will be $18-$26 hourly, depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specificationsPerform setups and some programming using Mastercam softwareUtilize and maintain live tooling equipmentInspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve machining issues to ensure production efficiencyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsIdeal Candidate Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of CNC Lathe machining experienceAt least 1 year of experience with Mastercam softwareProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workExperience with live tooling is a plusAbility to perform setups and some programmingPossession of own tools requiredReliable transportation is essentialMust be able to pass a background checkCompetitive Benefits available after 90 days!
