What Youll Be Doing:

• Setup & Operate: Configure and run multi-spindle CNC machines, ensuring high-precision parts meet production standards.
• Tooling Management: Select, inspect, and maintain tooling and materials for optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers to verify part specifications.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate production logs and machine performance records.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with your team to optimize processes and enhance production quality.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years working with multi-spindle CNC machines or similar equipment (Davenport machine experience is a major plus!).
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and adjustment capabilities.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Team Player: Positive attitude with a commitment to team success and continuous improvement.
