Our team requires a Machinist who can handle complex projects using Haas vertical/5 axis and DMG Mori horizontal machines. Join us in producing high-quality, intricate parts made from aluminum, plastic, and steel, showcasing your precision and skill in a diverse range of projects.CNC Mill Set Up Machinist Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical, specifically Haas UMC 750 5axis and Mori DMG Horizontal.Perform MDI (Manual Data Input) programming for efficient part production.Conduct manual inspection using gauges and instruments to ensure part quality before submitting to the Quality Department for CMM inspection.Understand GD&T and interpret complex 2-D drawings.Monitor and inspect parts throughout the machining process.Follow company quality and safety procedures.Communicate and collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.Participate in Lean manufacturing events to improve processes.CNC Mill Set Up Machinist Qualifications/Requirements:Must have High School Diploma or GEDMust have 5 years of CNC Mills machine set-up experienceMust have Aerospace experience5axis set-up experience is preferredFamiliarity with Haas and or Mori DMG Machines.Experience working with various materials, such as aluminum, plastic, and steelAbility to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with manual inspection using gauges and instruments in support of CMM inspection by the Quality DepartmentStrong work ethic and attention to detail is a mustMust be able stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work well in a fast-paced team environment.Capable of handling sensitive and sometimes confidential information.Good communication skills for effective teamwork.CNC Mill Set Up Machinist position offers:The opportunity to work on challenging, unique projects that require your expertise across a diverse range of materials.Professional growth and skill development within our organizationCompetitive compensation and benefits package Salary: $27 - $33 / hourA team-oriented culture that values collaboration and safetyM-F 2:30p.m. - 11p.m. (OT as needed)Shift Premium 10%If you're a skilled CNC Machinist with experience Hass and Mori DMG machines, ready to take on intricate and demanding projects using aluminum, plastic, and steel, we want to hear from you.
