CNC Machinist - Alpha Machinery & Technology Inc., : Job Details

Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements- Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories on machines- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform routine maintenance tasks

Experience:- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a CNC Machinist

- Working experience in Aerospace CNC machine shop environment.- Experience with both 3 and 5 Axis CNC machines

- Comprehensive understanding of CNC machining on both mills and lathes- Strong blueprint reading skills- Familiarity with CAD software, such as Mastercam and SolidWorks- Knowledge of tooling and cutting tool selection- Ability to use power tools and measuring instruments, such as calipers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision- Excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
