Were seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team! If you have extensive mill machining experience and a strong understanding of CNC operations, programming, and machine maintenance, this is your chance to make a significant impact. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality production, and collaborating with a team to improve processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Blueprint & Process Sheets Interpretation: Analyze job specs to determine machining operations, dimensional requirements, and setup procedures.
• CNC Programming & Operation: Program machines for cutting parts, maintaining high-quality production cycles.
• Precision Measurement: Use calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure part accuracy.
• Machine Setup: Install, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces using hand tools and precision instruments.
• Calculate Machine Parameters: Optimize machine speed, feed rates, and cutting specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect first-run and subsequent pieces to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaboration: Work with the team to improve CNC processes and enhance productivity.
• Additional Tasks: Assist with other operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of mill machining experience with a proven track record in CNC operations.
• Experience with live tooling for advanced machining operations.
• Strong math and computer skills for programming and operation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail to ensure precision and quality.
• Solid understanding of metal cutting and machining practices.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to improve efficiency and quality.
