• Operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments, including calipers, to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Safely operate cranes for moving heavy materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic math skills for accurate measurements.
• Familiarity with tooling used in the fabrication process.
• Experience with quality inspection techniques to ensure product standards are met.
