What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions): You unlock the potential of precision machining. As a CNC Programmer, you will develop complex parts and optimize machining processes for production manufacturing. You will work closely with engineers to meet demanding standards and drive production excellence. Your expertise in tolerance, fixture design, and more will make an impact on mission critical solutions.
- Using Mastercam, create and edit CNC programs that support the machining of complex, precision metal components on multiple-axis CNC milling machining centers.
- Perform technical data package review of components that require fabrication.
- Perform machining process development and optimization.
- Identify, select, and procure appropriate tooling for job specific applications.
- Perform program prove-out validation.
- Troubleshoot and solve set-up, dimensional, and other out of spec features.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate required design changes.
- Support high-performing cross-function teams achieve program schedule, performance goals, mitigate manufacturing risks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring (Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Mastery of Mastercam.
- Mastery of GD&T.
- Experience with probing.
- Experience with Fanuc controllers.
- Experience in macro programming.
Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience.
- Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency to comply with ITAR requirements.
- Ability to pass a drug screen per Vitesse Systems' drug testing policy.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check per Vitesse Systems' policy.

This position is considered non-exempt hourly basis and eligible for overtime pay. Pay range: $36.60-$59.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
