CNC Programmer / Nester - Ponca City Development Authority : Job Details

M J & H Fabrication is seeking a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer/Nester.In this role, the CNC Programmer/Nester will work closely with our Fabrication Director, Engineer, shop leads, and table operators to use technology, innovation, and programming to turn flat plate into a complex part(s).Equipment Capabilities:* 10' by 60' 6 Axis HI Definition Plasma Table with Pipe Cutting attachment* Plasma Table Capably of Plasma Cutting 3 thick and Torch Cutting 12 thickDuties & Responsibilities:* Read and interpret ASME Drawings* Work with team to create efficiencies, improve automation, and increase machining flexibility* Create program instructions for machine cutting utilizing ProNest/AutoCAD* Use knowledge of tooling, machinery, and attention to detail to follow specific standards and reach tight tolerancesQualifications & Experience:* Experience within manufacturing production or plant operations* High School diploma required* CNC Programmer vocation certification, or degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or similar field preferred but not required* Working knowledge of using calibrated measurement devices and manufacturing software* Knowledge of CNC machinery, and manufacturing applications* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future* Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingenciesRequired Skills & Behaviors:* Detail oriented, creative, and tech-savvy* Analytical and problem-solving skills* Safely operate machining and manufacturing equipment* Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skillsBenefits:* 401K / Roth* Health Insurance* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Paid Vacation and Sick Leave
