• The Threading Supervisor will lead and manage all threading production operations.
• Oversee comprehensive tubular operations by planning and executing production schedules, ensuring on-time performance, maximizing labor

utilization, and managing product and quality costs while achieving inventory objectives.

• Responsible for ensuring product quality meets company standards and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating work schedules, managing personnel, and collaborating with management and HR to maintain crews that meet production targets.
• Supervise the daily setup and operation of CNC lathes, oversee machine operators, and monitor processes to ensure compliance with company

standards.

• Verify the accuracy of production results and daily paperwork, promptly notifying plant management of any issues affecting productivity, quality, or

safety.

• Administrative duties will include maintaining attendance records, time sheets, and managing any necessary corrective actions.

Experience:3+ years of leadership experience in machining operations, specifically in threading2+ years of experience in the oil and gas OCTG sector, with knowledge of OCTG grades and specifications (API 5CT)2+ years of managing API Pipe & Tube quality standards, with experience in premium and semi-premium connections preferredProficiency in machine operations and troubleshootingRelocation assistance availableInterested in hearing more?
