The Role

As Co-Founder & Head of Growth and Strategic Partnerships, you'll be a key driver of NOYACK's mission, spearheading growth initiatives, building high-value partnerships, and scaling our go-to-market (GTM) strategy from the ground up. This is a 50% equity-compensation role with health benefits and the opportunity to create a legacy in a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a 0-to-1 growth plan that establishes NOYACK's market presence and resonates with our target audience.
• Lead Partnerships Development: Build strategic relationships with financial influencers, creators, brands, and industry leaders. Personally drive partner outreach, negotiate deals, and secure long-term collaborations.
• Drive RevOps Excellence: Establish and optimize revenue operations processes to ensure customer acquisition and retention are seamless and data-driven.
• Community Engagement: Foster an active, vibrant user base that values financial education and investment.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, tech, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution and measurable success.
• Monitor and Iterate: Leverage analytics to track KPIs, adapt strategies, and ensure sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an exceptional, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of creating growth in start-ups, especially in financial services or fintech.

Core Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in growth, business development, or RevOps roles with success in both B2C and B2B environments.
• Leadership: Experience leading and scaling teams in a start-up setting with 0-to-1 growth challenges.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Millennial, HENRY, and Gen Z consumer behaviors and expectations.
• Tech-Savvy: Fluency in HubSpot, ClickUp, and CRM optimization.
• Innovative Mindset: A creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with financial education, alternative investments, or influencer marketing.
• Background in early-stage start-ups or building programs from scratch.
