Responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of services to guest. Provides fast personalized guest service Approaches every guest within their designated station, makes friendly eye contact and offers a warm greeting in accordance with our ACES guest service. Continuously monitors assigned work station to ensure that all guests are receiving service in a timely manner.
