Collator Operator - Green Bay Packaging - Folding Carton : Job Details

The Collator Operator is responsible for the precise alignment and assembly of folding cartons in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that cartons are correctly collated and prepared for further processing or shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor collating machinery to fold and assemble cartons according to specifications. Ensure cartons are accurately aligned and stacked for subsequent processes.

• Adjust machine settings for different carton sizes and styles as needed.

• Inspect cartons for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before they proceed to the next stage.

• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on collating equipment to ensure optimal performance. Report any defects or malfunctions to the maintenance team or supervisor.

• Load and unload materials and cartons from production lines, including replenishing stock as required.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery.
