- About the Role: We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel (vlookup & pivot). This role involves processing high volume and complex payrolls, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service.
- Responsibilities: Process high volume and complex payrolls in compliance with established procedures Review and update service now cases within SLA's
- Calculate and use retro tool accurately
- Complete daily checklists and peer reviews
- Interpret and execute in accordance with Union Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Complete time to PS recons and document any out of balances
- Train on mandatory Workforce Software Training courses
- Look for self-development opportunities
- Communicate timely updates to locations
- Manage time effectively and meet all deadlines consistently
- Stay current on processes, guidelines, and policies
- Take initiative, provide support, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Submit Time Off Requests and schedule changes timely
- Assist with questions on daily tasks
- Education Qualification: Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll operations Required Skills: Payroll Experience
