• Contact consumers via telephone to negotiate charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.
• Negotiate settlement arrangements set by clients or set up manageable payment plans.
• Consistently work towards and maintain a monthly collection fee goal.
• Work with an inbound/outbound calling system.
