POSITION SUMMARY The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. The Collection Team employee is responsible for accurate collection, counting, and recording of funds while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.   • Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely collection, counting, and recording of funds.
  • Maintains constant awareness of activities of all areas assigned in order to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity.
  • Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.
  • WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard, currency counters, jetsort, 10-key calculator, and telephone.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to read, write, and understand complex instructions and communicate them to subordinates in a way that can be easily interpreted.
    • Ability to complete tasks in an interruptive environment under time pressures.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time (6-10 hours) with intermittent breaks on a daily basis.
    • Ability to complete repetitive arm and shoulder movements with lifting.
    • Ability to work in a secured, small, enclosed space with varied temperatures and noise levels.
    • Ability to pull/push large carts with assistance weighing up to 800 lbs
    • Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoke filled casino environment with above average noise levels.
    • Availability to work 24-hours hours a day, 7 days a week, varied work schedules, weekends, and holidays.
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid MGC Level 2 Gaming license.
    • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
    • Must complete all required company training.
