- Strong Phone Skills

- Diplomacy and tact are a must
- Bi-lingual a plus
- High level of professionalism
- Strong system knowledge a must with proven track record of accuracy
- Ability to work well with others (both peers and members). This includes the ability to professionally communicate even in times of stress or frustration
- Low absenteeism and a history of being on time
- Ability to multi-task moving from one priority to another
- Understanding of products and services available to members (both loan and non-loan)
- Proven ability to stay at desk and answer calls, take members and focus on work
- Proven ability to cross sell the products and services provided by the credit union
