We have the following position available:Collections Representatives are responsible for conducting daily phone calls to delinquent customers to arrange payment of their obligations and resolve customer account issues. The Collection Representative will also work as a team with other accounting and sales staff to meet individual and company goals.*Applicant Qualifications:*Candidates for this position must have the following credentials and skills:* Must possess minimum 2 years of collection experience* Have good written and oral communication skills* Ability to work well independently and /or in a small team environment* Must be proficient using MS Office Applications (including Excel and Outlook)* Possess extensive knowledge of the Fair Dept Collection Practice Act.* Experience with small claims/J.P.
