Collections Representative Third Party

Phoenix, AZ or San Antonio, TX 4 days in office, 1 day remote; 9am to 7pm CST

W2 Rate - $20-22/hr

Start date Jan 6, 2025

12 months contract to hire

Must have consumer (individual) collections experience, not company to company

100% phone inbound/outbound - collections calls - typically working 4-6 calls per hour on average.

Must have good communication skills and able to connect to members to collect - handling 1 day up to 180+ days behind.

Must be tech savvy and able to navigate software (Word, Excel, AutoDialer, etc)

3rd party debt collections is ideal will train in this area if needed

Agent will be dealing with complex issues, trying to understand finances and collect on debts.
