We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team at World Headquarters! This role involves managing overdue accounts and securing timely payments from WellSky s clients. The position plays a vital role in maintaining positive cash flow and reducing bad debt risks for the organization. A day in the life!You will be responsible for the following:Contacting clients via phone and/or email to address overdue accountsProviding copies of invoices, statements, and ledgers as requestedCollecting payment information from clientsMaintaining accurate records of all collection activities, conversations, and payment commitments with clientsFact finding in order to surface, identify, and drive issues toward resolutionProviding a superior level of service to all clients (internal and external)Do you have what it takes?Required Qualifications:GED/high school diploma1 year of relevant work experience#LI-OF1#LI-hybridAdditional job expectations applicable to this position include:Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as neededWorking in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and proceduresPerforming other responsibilities as assignedWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
