Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will prepare, record, verify, analyze and report accounts receivable transactions, and posts customer payments on a timely basis. You will maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports. You may provide a variety of credit and collection functions. Daily Responsibilities: Manage collections with 2-4 years of experience (no cold calling).Problem-solve and collaborate with customers to process invoices for payment.Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Work independently, multi-task, and prioritize tasks efficiently.Adapt to changes and influence others positively.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience- 1-3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial experience.- Associates degree in accounting.- Verified experience with an established company in collections.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.- High level of flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation.
