Collections Specialist - Ultimate Staffing Services : Job Details

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join their client's team in California. This role is essential in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The Collections Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial health by executing efficient collection strategies.

• Initiate collection calls to customers to recover outstanding payments.
• Resolve client billing issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Identify and address factors contributing to account delinquencies.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and relevant collection reports to ensure timely action.
• Follow up on payment arrangements and customer inquiries, maintaining consistent communication.
• Recommend accounts for management review, including those for hold or escalation to collections.
• Research and resolve customer deductions and disputes effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer communications and payment activities.
• Prepare detailed reports for management review, providing insights into collections performance.
• Review and evaluate credit limits for new and existing customer accounts.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Monday - Friday, First Shift

$23 - $25 per hour
