We offer a starting salary of **19,380** with progression up to **20,699** . Additionally, you can achieve a performance related annual bonus . As you gain experience and work through our ongoing training and development program you may have the opportunity to become multi skilled andincrease your salary up to **23,352.** We are looking for candidates who have a natural ability to be empathetic, confident and passionate as well as resilient. In addition, being adaptable and having experience of working to targets is essential. Our frontline staff use a variety of IT systems, so being computer minded would be advantageous but not a requirement for your success as youll be trained to be successful in your role .
